Dear Grylls,
Many thanks for your letter of April 19th., and for the air silencer which arrived to-day. This, together with a copy of your Patent Specification which we possess, will give us all the information we require, and I do not think it will be necessary to destroy the silencer. We will return it to you in a few days.
I am enclosing herewith an arrangement drawing of our back axle, and also a detail drawing of the axle shaft. You will also find a list of weights, torques, and gear ratios which I think completes the story.
