We would confirm telephone conversation this morning between your Mr. F.J.Hardy and our Commander Matravers, when you instructed us to proceed with one Double Roller Marles Steering Gear for a Bentley, similar to the one previously supplied to you, but modified in accordance with our letter of the 12th instant. As arranged we are putting this work through on a cost basis, as on the previous occasion. With regard to delivery, we hope to be able to complete within 5 to 6 weeks, but you may rest assured if it is possible to improve on this promise we shall certainly do so. As requested we are sending you drawing M.21920 of the 1.3/16" Rockershaft which we are arranging to fit.
