We attach suggested key card "M" filled in for your approval, also Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/NRC{N. R. Chandler}7/EW21.12.25, which gives a detailed account of the work proposed.

We are of opinion that the matter is urgent, because there are undoubtedly a number of 20-HP cars on the road, in which the teeth of the flywheel are being damaged, and the sooner these receive attention, the less will be the risk of our having to supply new gear rings to the flywheels.
