SECRET. Jacks for SpectreCodename for Phantom III. re the above. Thank you for your memo. Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}2/KW.10.11.34 Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} is preparing a scheme whereby Hydraulic Jacks will be incorporated on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III front wheel suspension, and we will report further when we know something a little more definite. With regard to the "Jackalls" we had fitted to 20-EX, Messrs. Smith are at present transferring these to 28-EX. They are at the same time replacing the standard front Jacks with 2-stage Jacks, which are definitely more compact. We will let you know the efficiency of these as soon as we have tried them out.
