THE LINCOLN

PRESENTING THE LINCOLN OF TODAY

A NEW SERIES OF V-12 CYLINDER MOTOR CARS

YEAR after year Lincoln goes on building a better motor car. Every change that has ever been made—in design, engineering, construction, finish—has aimed at giving the Lincoln owner an added degree of satisfaction. Thus at any time, changes are made only for basic reasons—sound, tested, progressive improvements for greater motoring comfort and greater motoring enjoyment. This is true today, as always.

Never in its history has Lincoln compromised with quality. At all times, irrespective of price trends or costs of materials and manufacture, the Lincoln is built to the highest standards of excellence. Those who purchase the Lincoln receive a motor car mechanically as nearly perfect as it is humanly possible to make it.

This car is made under the most favorable conditions. The factory is a model of efficiency, scientifically equipped. Skilled craftsmen and mechanics work unhurriedly, carefully. Each separate step of manufacture is held by rigid tests and checks within precision limits almost unbelievably minute.

Each Lincoln, as it receives its final stamp of approval, must be representative of the most advanced automotive knowledge and experience. This has always been the policy of Lincoln. In the pursuit of this aim Lincoln may call at any time upon the support of the complete resources of the Ford Motor Company.

Proof of the soundness of these principles is seen in the fact that the Lincoln is today receiving, gradually and constantly, an acceptance by a larger and larger percentage of those who want the most completely satisfying motor car that money can buy. And it is especially significant that today’s V-12 cylinder Lincolns may be purchased at prices materially lower than those asked for the V-8 cylinder Lincolns of the past. Lincoln prices, with full equipment, now range from $3200 at Detroit
