With reference to your note attached concerning the Captain, Cave, Sankey and Spencer Moulton rims, will you kindly inform us exactly what trouble you have had with each of these rims.

We are anxious to clear this matter up, but we cannot write vaguely to the manufacturers; and it is necessary for us to state definitely what the various troubles are.
