PEREGRINE No.6 ENGINE.

Herewith specification for the next engine unit.

With regard to pistons we have of course standardised E.100525 for Peregrine. Will you please make a note to remove E.100035 from all engines to which they have been fitted, and replace with the flexible type, piece number as above.

With regard to crankshaft damper will you please fit the damper to LeC.3259. It has been decided not to use extra cylinder lubrication on the first few cars as it has been found impossible to make the thermostat operate satisfactorily. Will you please therefore delete the pipe and blank off on the relief valve.

Camshaft.

E.100863. 1070. Toe corrected. See graph.
