Messrs. Rolls Royce Limited,
Experimental Department,
DERBY.

For the attention of Mr. Child.

Dear Sirs,

With regard to the considerable amount of experimental work which we have done in order to provide you with Twin Filament lamps to give a flat beam with an alternative full light filament, will you please note that we are now co-operating with Messrs. Joseph Lucas Limited in order to determine how these lamps should be developed in order to give the best possible results.

We have advised Messrs. Lucas as to what we have already done and we understand that they will be pleased to discuss the matter with you further when it is convenient.

We thank you very much indeed for all your courtesy in the matter up to the present time and trust that you will obtain a completely satisfactory solution by co-operating with Messrs. Joseph Lucas.

Yours faithfully,

H.A. LINGARD.
