29th October,1934.

Messrs. John Marston Limited,
Paul Street Works,
Wolverhampton.

For the attention of Mr. Dalrymple.

Dear Sirs,

Referring to our letter Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.21/KW.26.10.34, we find on dismantling the radiator which we are forwarding to you that the matrix has developed a slight leak about midway between top and bottom tanks at the junction of the matrix with the nearside side plate.

We should like you to examine the matrix, give us your opinion as to the cause of this leak occurring, and return the defective matrix with the radiator when the latter has its new matrix fitted.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
