It is desirable to carry out tests on this carburetter so that the effects of the low speed jet on a starting carb. may be known. A scheme has been fitted to 19-EX. See. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}8/MA.9.11.32...

Will you please instruct a similar scheme for use on test test bed carburetter.
