Re. Mr.A.Y.Gowen - Chassis B.38.K.T.

In reply to your D/BP.11/MW.16.4.37., we attach herewith a copy of Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/R.17.11.36. concerning modifications to a Bentley steering.

The special part which we supplied to Kingsbury consisted of a pendulum lever 7.500 long instead of the standard 8.000 lever. We have recently started a standardisation sheet, No.X.250. 20.4.37 for this lever so it should be possible to obtain one from Production in due course.
