The Rover Company Limited,
Coventry.

Dear Capt. Wilks,

How are those chromium plated tappets of ours progressing ? We are very anxious to get hold of them, and should therefore be glad if you could give us some information.

The Rover has been suffering from high speed wobble. It develops between 60 and 65 m.p.h. I find that both front wheels are very definitely out of balance. I have not yet corrected them to see if it completely overcomes the trouble, but from my experience I should say it would be very difficult to get a satisfactory steering at high speeds with the amount of out of balance which is present. Have you not considered making some provision for balancing the wheels ?

Yours sincerely,
