| To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} +WO Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.8/KW.23.3.35. Bentley Radiator Matrices. We now have a special Harrison Vee matrix for a Bentley radiator in the stores; this is the latest product of the Harrison Radiator Corporation. We are expecting to receive any day now a copy of this matrix made by the Marston Co., Wolverhampton, which we will hand to you as soon as it arrives. Will you please build each of these matrices up into a radiator (the radiators will not need shutters or thermostats) as soon as possible, as we wish to compare them with the recently standardised Marston Mark V matrix. We send you herewith two radiators fitted with 70 mm. and 58 mm. Marston Mark V matrices (which are no longer required) in order that you may use any of their parts to build the above requested radiators. As the American matrix is slightly narrower than 58 mm., it may require a special narrow bottom tank. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std. | ||
