Dear Mr. West,

In a chat with Major Cox to-day I learned that he had received an adverse report from Derby regarding the feedback of vibrator hum in the 803T car radio receiver.

Admittedly we had some little trouble in this connection with the first few sets produced and I see from our records that you must have received one of these. However, this trouble is now overcome. If therefore you would like to return the loan set you have to be exchanged I shall be only too pleased to arrange the despatch of another.

Yours faithfully,
PHILCO RADIO & TELEVISION CORPORATION OF GREAT BRITAIN LIMITED.
