1204 Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}20/ML. 4.6.40. Superintendant of Services, Trent Motor Traction Co., Uttoxeter Road, Road. Dear Sir, I was speaking to your representative last Saturday re making some arrangement for the transportation of our employees to and from the Clan Foundry, Belper. We should require a special bus on Sunday mornings at 7.40 a.m. in order that our men could be at work for 8 a.m. Furthermore, I should be glad if you could arrange an extra bus on weekday evenings, from the Clan Foundry to Derby, leaving at 7.10 as the regular service bus is already full when it leaves Belper centre. As the greater part of the men at the Foundry have to wait from 7 until 7.40 p.m. for the next service bus I should be glad if you would let me know what you can arrange for us, at your earliest convenience. Yours faithfully, for ROLLS ROYCE LTD., | ||
