COMPLAINTS.

In December I sent a memo and a sketch dealing with the rear lagging clip on the front expansion box on the Bentley. The complaint is a rattle in front of engine. The clip is found to have fallen off due to the end of the silencer lagging taking a rounded shape on this short end. A small piece of metal acting as a support for the clip can be welded on to the expansion box. On complaint cases at Kingsbury, I advised them to do this to prevent repetition cases.
The expense is negligible.
