In connection with the above, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, July 5th, 6th and 7th respectively have been allocated for the visit round the Works of Experimental Dept. employees wives and fiancees. Will you please obtain from the employees in your section a list of the names of wives and fiancees who would like an invitation for one of the above afternoons. Accompanying each ladies name should be the name and check number of the employee. This list should be handed to CHP. before 12.30 p.m. to-morrow, Tuesday 28th. It should be clearly stated on the list if any proposed visitor is not of British nationality. The following is a brief itinerary of the visit :- Visitors must arrive at the Works promptly at 2.30 p.m. on the afternoon allocated. After a tour of the Works, including Ambulance Rooms, Canteens etc., tea will be served in the dining room at 4 p.m. It will not be possible to include any children.
