Copy. Windermere. 1st July 1930. Dear Mr. Nutt, Miss England II. Many thanks for your letter of yesterday's date. The engines, gear box and shaft should be in Derby tonight and I hope, therefore, you will be able to let me have Mr. Ellor's completed proof by Thursday morning. I enclose herewith a supplement to Mr. Willcock's proof of evidence, which you will perhaps attach to the copy already in your possession. Mr. Cooper unfortunately has not yet reached Windermere and I am therefore unable to send you a copy of his completed proof tonight. I have to be in Manchester for most of the day tomorrow but I hope to be able to make arrangements to send you the completed proof by the evening's post, thus reaching you on Thursday morning. If, on perusal of the proof, you find it desirable to suggest any amendment or addition perhaps you will ring me up as soon as possible on Thursday, thus enabling me to get all of the proofs off to the Coroner by Thursday evening's post. I can then wire you definitely on Friday as to whether or not the Inquest will be resumed in accordance with the tentative arrangements already made. Yours very truly, H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Handley. | ||
