Re "clear Hooter" Horns.
De-Luxe type No.CH.50.

We have now examined the pair of above type horns, which were submitted by the makers on loan for our test. We find same not up to our standard requirements, neither with regard to volume of sound or tone.

As we have no further use for these horns will you please return them to the makers.
