20/25 HP. Tank Carburetter.

We understand that our design of clean air supply to the carburetter air valve to LeC.3576 has been passed on to you for test.

We remember the other day you suggested that the holes at the bottom of the air valve pot might be deleted altogether.

To take this idea a stage further we think it is possible to allow the air underneath the piston to enter via the annulus of the skirt, as shewn on LeC.3594, herewith. Should this be found a success it could be applied to the standard 20-HP. carburetter to get us out of isolated cases of grit entering the air valve.
