To Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} From Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} X7960. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}4/KT.16.5.31. 23-EX. CAR. X.7960. X.7941. Referring to CX{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}10/KW14.5.31. we are sending this car over to the Repair Dept. so that they can prepare it for Sales. As regards the item, Auto Klean Oil Filter, we understand there is a suggestion that this will be brought in on the first N. series by a scheme which By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} is preparing, so that it can be applied to existing crankcases. If the oil filter is removed from 23-EX, it will still leave features on the crankcase. As regards the body on 23-EX, we have no further use for this, and we think that Sales should make the necessary arrangements to dispose of it. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
