We send you herewith a print of the Clan Foundry Offices with the positions of the telephones required marked on it. You will note that there are 19 points altogether and we do not see how we can do with less without prejudicing the efficiency of the organisation. This may justify an internal telematic system. Even if we have an internal automatic system, we shall require at least 7 external lines to prevent outside calls being held up due to internal lines being engaged.
