Dear Sirs, In response to your letter dated the 19th instant, we note that you have amended the hose connections partnumber E.B.3715 in accordance with your blueprint number E.C.F.946, from which we presume that the revised part is exactly the same as part number E.B.3715 with the exception of the length which has been increased by 2". We are, therefore, able to use the same shaper as for part number E.B.3715, but for small experimental quantities would be compelled to advance our price to 2/8d per each. We would also inform you that we are preparing a price for bulk quantities and we will let you have a sample to the modified blueprint in 2/3 days time from receipt of your order, which we are awaiting from you. Will you also please advise us when your reply, whether we are to increase the length by adding 1" at each end or whether we are to add the additional length at one end only.
