Messrs. S. Smith & Sons (M.A.) Ltd.,
Cricklewood Works,
London, N.W.2.

For the attention of Mr. C.W.Nichols.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for the prompt way in which Mr. Bailey carried out the re-installation of "Jackalls" to 5-B-IV, which is now in France.

Reverting to the 2-stage Jacks on 28-EX, can you kindly let us have a drawing showing the interior of these Jacks and the type of gland used, etc.

Also we would like to know the pressure at which these particular Jacks function as compared with the 20/25 HP.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
