-3- Contd. (6) A 4-volt battery shall now be applied to the primary and ballast only, in series. The current indicated and the voltages across the primary coil should comply with the following limits :- Current 1.50 to 1.60 amperes. Primary volts 1.40 to 1.55. + There shall be considered to be no missing whem, at some time within a period not greater than one minute, 500 consecutive sparks take place.
