To Rg.{Mr Rowledge} from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} " To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} " ----------------- X4003 Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}13/T.18.9.28. BJ.instructs that with regard to the camshafts fitted to the 'Pipit', if there is any suggestion that this new type of camshaft is fitted to any other machines beyond the Vickers, to which he understands it has already been fitted, that we should let him know, so that he may consider who shall pay before the work is done, in short, the instruction means that we must not fit these camshafts to any other machines unless we are sure we have a definite order, and are going to be paid for them. I have to-day sent to him Rg{Mr Rowledge}'s note, inwhich we have a definite instruction from the A.M. to fit the new camshafts to the 'Pipit'. Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} | ||
