For the attention of Mr. Whyman.

Dear Sirs,

As promised by telephone today we are despatching to you tonight a further sheet of heat resisting Steel, perforated with 2 - 3/32" holes per square inch. We are also including a sample of the welding wire which we use in conjunction with this material. The specification of this is bright drawn, softened and descaled "Staybrite" F.D.P. Steel welding wire. The flux we use is "Alda" Stainless Steel, but a sample of this has not been included as no doubt you are familiar with it.

We are also pleased to advise you that the two exhaust silencers reference X.455 for your Bentley car are also being despatched tonight.

With regard to the intake Silencer, this matter is receiving our careful attention, and we hope to let you have our sample early next week.

Yours faithfully,
BURGESS PRODUCTS COMPANY LIMITED.
