Dear Sirs,

Re 6-volt Battery.

We require at once, if possible, a 6-volt battery in a fully charged condition, of overall dimensions (including terminals) not exceeding 8.75" high x 7.25" wide x 9.25" long, and capacity accordingly.

If the above length dimension given, however, is not suitable, this may be increased up to 11" (it not being possible in this case to make use of the holding down bolts in the battery box).

If you have a battery answering this description, could you kindly despatch one direct to Mr. Royce, ElmsteadHenry Royce's home in West Wittering, West WitteringHenry Royce's home town, Nr. Chichester, as soon as possible, and oblige.

Kindly send the account to Derby.

Yours faithfully,

Please send also suitable packing pieces, if possible, with which to pack battery in box.
We should be much obliged if you could treat this matter as urgent.
