Re Car No. 35-PK. Accident in France.

Doubtless you are watching the fact that this car was sent out to France in a private name. Is the car insured as our property, or the property of the private owner ?

Were the men insured?

Would the papers which were taken from the car by the police be likely to show that the car was Rolls-Royce property sent out under a private name? We should try to get those papers back as quickly as possible, even if it is necessary to wire someone to go and claim them from the police, if the police still have them.
