Herewith D.CH.83 a modified layout of

The 6-fuse distribution board is accessibly placed.

The new cutout and regulator unit is shown.

Electrical units are grouped.

Speedometer drive has large radius bends.

There is a saving of 3 die-cast conduit pieces, the R.H. conduit is a simpler pressing than now, and cables are shortened.

It now becomes possible to simplify the carburetter hand control.

There is also shown the mounting scheme for the Lucas Wiper Motor.

The dashboard casting is not altered.
