of bringing in this alteration, if it meets with your approval, at an early date.

We were fortunately able to locate Mr. Fairey's car at the coachbuilders, and it has been serviced, the gauge installation now being in perfect working order. The trouble was found to be due to the gauge (which was removed) having a leaky cement joint on the glass tube.
