You will be interested to know that in deference to our wishes, Mr. Rose Richards has kindly agreed not to enter the 3½-litre Bentley for the Le Mans Contest.

We pointed out to him that although we knew he was only entering to qualify, at the same time the Bentley would possibly suffer in the eyes of the Public, in comparison with the cars specially built for racing purposes.
