Replace the damaged front drum, but refit the sound front drum. Both front drums to have eight driving dogs. Repair the damaged rear carrier plates, and fit guards as suggested by HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/RH.{R. Hollingworth} Fit an up-to-date servo, and see that it is free inside, and well lubricated between shafts with white "Keenol" grease as now used on the brake gear elsewhere.
