Phantom III Valve Springs. We have got the wrong valve springs on the Ph.III on production. When we changed back from the thick stem to the thin stem exhaust valves, the matter was discussed verbally and the change carried out, but the valve springs were not altered at the same time. I am afraid there is no alternative but to change all springs, as the ones at present being fitted are over-stressed and of course have never been run in France.
