Messrs. Solex Limited,
223-231, Marylebone Road,
LONDON, N.W.1.

For the attention of Mr. Mills.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter of the 23rd October.

The subject in which we are interested is double choke Carburetters for 6-cylinder and 8-cylinder engines. We require a double choke down draught carburetter for trial on the Bentley, and also a double choke down draught carburetter suitable for a 2.42 8-cylinder.

We understand that our Mr. Elliott is writing to you on the subject, and is suggesting that you should come up and discuss the matter with us, as it would appear that you have not any design in existence which covers exactly what we want.

Thanking you for your interest in the matter.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
