X1357 EXTRACT FROM MINUTES OF CONFERENCE OF JUNE 22nd. 1921. X.4165. X.3945 BRUSHES. It was suggested that a new brush, type EGO should be used on all dynamos and Lucas were to send 6 Sets immediately for fitting to Rolls-Royce test cars. If it could be agreed that these did not increase the noise of the machines they would be acceptable to Rolls-Royce, and Mr. Lucas stated that very marked improvement in wearing qualities would be obtained. Information as to the result of these tests was to be communicated to Lucas in time to enable them to fit the converted machined with the improved brush if found desirable. X.4338 GOSHAWK II Lucas were invited to submit a complete electrical scheme for the above which they undertook to do. X.1357. CONCEALED CABLE LAMP BRACKET. It was agreed that Lucas should submit a standard model of this fitting for submission to Mr. Royce. --------- | ||
