Messrs Rolls Royce, Ltd.,

Derby.

Dear Sirs,

We beg to confirm our quotation to you for AC Plugs for the factory equipment of your engines and we trust that you will give this matter your favourable consideration.

We should tell you that we are now completing arrangements for the manufacture of our plugs in this country and will be putting an English made AC Plug on the market in March next year or therabouts.

This plug will be of our latest improved type on which our factory has been working for some considerable time, and which has now been definitely adopted after conclusive tests.

When this English made AC Plug is put on the market we will be in a position, on account of the special production plant which we are installing, to offer you most advantageous prices, so much so that we would suggest that you should make no definite arrangements for next season's supplies until we have submitted this new type of plug to you for test and given you our best quotations.

In the meantime we trust that you will use our present models which have been so successful in the chief racing events of this year, and in the great number of factory equipments which we already possess.

Yours faithfully,
FOR AND ON BEHALF OF
AC SPARKING PLUG Co. LTD
R.A. Chalmers
MANAGING DIRECTOR.
