In all the six tests which have been made the D.W.F. deep groove has come out the best, both the bearings being fit to continue in use at the end of the tests. The D.W.F. deep groove size 35 X 80 X 21 m {Mr Moon / Mr Moore} /m has 8 balls .5" dia held by a pressed steel cage. The Hoffmann has 10 balls .5 dia held by a heavy brass cage.
