Dear Mr. Cripps,

With reference to the carpet retaining channel with serrated top regarding which we wrote you on April 18th, as explained to you this morning on the telephone, we should like to have your assurance that we shall receive a sample of these from you in the near future.

If you can do anything for us we should like to know immediately, as it is now 3 months since we took the matter up with you.

Regarding an interview with Mr.J.W.Tate, after making enquiries I find that he is working at Blounts Mill, Helper. I have been in touch with him on the telephone and gathered that it is something to do with fastenings for aircraft carriers that you are interested in. Regarding an interview, if you will make an appointment he will arrange to be available to meet you.

Yours Sincerely,
