| 2 Their Climates. I to make a better impression when their winter is so cold as I need (1) Exhaust Heated Throttle. (2) best cold distribution. (3) less fuming in exhaust system. Also we should like the model the right for 2 double carbs especially as they are all for quick acceleration. The profits we should lose for a few month's delay would be less than it would cost to alter later & the loss of reputation by not having the best. I do not know whether Mr. Elliot is at N.Y. or Dby. but assume the latter. I fear this American. scheme with the 25 H.P. is repeating the old fault of a hurried & bad commencement! Perhaps you could have a discussion on the subject. W. Mormalt. By. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} E.A. & yourself could arrive at a valuable recommendation & Mr. Sidgreaves who naturally wants to push forward from the commercial side. The gearbox would be like P.I. leaving room for free wheel.
