Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /EAG.1/ET.
22nd October, 1941.

Messrs. Hairlok Co. Ltd.,
Magna Works,
B E D F O R D. {John DeLooze - Company Secretary}

Attention of L.E. Howard Esq.

Dear Sirs,

Confirming our telephone conversation with your Mr. Riteh today, we are sending you wood models of side and centre arm rests. Will you please make two sets of these.

As explained to Mr. Riteh, we wish to keep these as soft as possible, particularly in the centre.

If you will let the writer know when you receive the patterns, he will arrange to visit your works and explain the matter to you. Should you wish to telephone, the telephone No. is Belper 324.

Regarding the sample Seatex which you said you were sending to us in your letter of June 20th, this has not been received.

Will you please make a note of marking any correspondence or samples "For the attention of Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /EAG". The reason for this is that, as we have so many Departments, by marking it in this manner, it will ensure it arriving at destination.

Yours faithfully,
