This appears to be the only point requiring early decision and for the reasons set out in CJ1/E3/S/25 I recommend the manufacture of 'India(Production 20 HP. with 4-speed box and Front Wheel Brakes)' without FWB until such time as 'India(Production 20 HP. with 4-speed box and Front Wheel Brakes)' with FWB can be delivered.
