KC is at the moment away on holiday.
This car is now the Company's property and is at present being used by Lp. {Mr Lappin}

We had the car in this Depot for work necessary prior to re-sale early in June, when we changed the oil in the rear axle.

Rear axle trouble developed subsequently when the car was in the hands of Staniland on loan. We rectified it as an outside job.

There is the possibility that the wrong sort of oil might have been added to the axle since we had the car in June, so we are arranging that directly the car is available, it should come in here to have the oil changed again.
