Hallam - Head Repairs} /WW1/W61023, we have not had a reply from CJ., and I am inclined to think that the reason is that he has submitted my proposal to R. {Sir Henry Royce} There is no doubt but that since R. {Sir Henry Royce} is very busy at the moment, it will not get attention unless some pressure is brought to bear.
