| W/S. {Derby Works / Sales} To Hr. from Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} NEW PHANTOM(Codename for PHANTOM I) COMPLAINTS. Thank you for your report on New Phantom(Codename for PHANTOM I) complaints. On the list of cars with over-oiling complaints we find that 35-RC {R. Childs} and 41-MC occur twice. This may mean, of course, that the fault occurred twice on these cars. Is this so? We suggest, in getting out these reports, you should not include the complaints which were given in the previous report. Our chief interest in the report is to see what progress is being made. If you could, at the same time, give the number of Phantom cars actually delivered to customers up to the date of the report, it would be very valuable. As regards the complaint of pre-ignition, this is a new one to us. Could you please let us have the nature of the complaint and how it was overcome. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
