Phantom III Engine Vibrations.

In reply to memo. Mx. {John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} 12/T.12.10.36, concerning provision for balancing flywheels after the engine has been fitted in the chassis, we asked for this provision to be made in Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 7/KW.10.5.36.

A Design scheme to LeC.5235 was subsequently issued, and in memo. Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Wym. {G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} 7/JH.21.8.36 we asked for it to be put into production as soon as possible. Apparently it has not been done yet.
