| X.1812.b. 67, Jermyn Street, St. {Capt. P. R. Strong} James's, London S.W.1. X.1807 X.1812 Nov. 6th. 1922. X3896 /X1412 Dear Sirs, A Client of ours, Mr. Douglas-Hamilton, informs us that he has brought before the notice of your Expl: Dept: a Petrol Indicator which we supplied to him, and which is reported very favourably upon both by him and other Clients. Also the "Block" plugs which he is now using and which he states gives better results on his car than any plug which he has tried. We have taken the liberty of forwarding under separate cover a Petrol Indicator, the same as supplied to Mr. Douglas-Hamilton, also 1 dozen Block plugs. We shall esteem it a favour if you will subject both the Indicator and the plugs, to any test you may care to, and let us know the result. If you find either, or both, satisfactory we shall be pleased to quote you terms, and, if you decide to fit them to your cars, come to an amicable working agreement. Yours faithfully, p.p.
