We are always prepared, when customers point out to us that they either have difficulty in obtaining the oils we recommend, or that there are exceptional circumstances why they desire to use a different oil, to give the matter our consideration.

It is our desire, however, to know from our customers if there is any fault with the running of the car which makes them decide to change the oil, because in most cases, when this occurs, we can go thoroughly into the matter and give them the benefit of our experience.

Under ordinary circumstances we should not recommend a super light oil for regular use on our cars. We are prepared to admit that when used under some conditions, it has definite advantages, but for the average car conditions we prefer a medium viscosity oil.
