S/W. {Sales / Derby Works} E. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} c. to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} & Bk. {A. Birkett - Commercial Manager} What is being done with regard to increasing the loading of the rear Shock-Absorbers on the 20 H.P. right now ? I understood from Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} that Mr. Royce immediately agreed that the rear Shock-Absorbers should be more damped, and as this is a matter I have urged for a long time, I am anxious that all our cars should have the advantage of this modification as soon as possible.
