Bailey - Chief Engineer} is at present away, but I have discussed these matters with Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and with Mr. Bailey's assistant, and we agree to the alterations proposed, and consider there is no need for a 10,000 miles test. The addition of these features to Derby standard cars will also be considered. R's comments on Sheet No. 27 are also receiving the attention of Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} EP. {G.
